All 3rd grade students will need to have a Soprano Recorder for practice, this year.
Options for obtaining a recorder:
1) Use your own recorder (or a sibling's).
2) Purchase a recorder from a music store
-or order one from Mrs. King (forms will be going home soon!)
3) Borrow a recorder in class from Mrs. King for the semester (this means you will not be able to take it home to practice).
If you choose to purchase a recorder, you may purchase one at any music store or online,
be sure to order a Baroque Soprano Recorder.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Students are expected to be responsible for bringing their recorder and music folder to class each week as part of their grade. Students will be using recorders in class throughout the rest of the school year.

Login using your student’s school ID number and student’s last name.

- Under where it says, ‘Who are you shopping for?’, click on your student’s name
- Under ‘Shop’, click on ‘Items at My Student’s School’
- Next to ‘Categories’, click on ‘Music’
- Click on ‘Buy’ next to the item(s) you wish to purchase
- Click on ‘Checkout’ next to the shopping cart at the top of the page
- Follow any of the blue prompts at the bottom of each screen for additional information (such as color choices), or to complete payment information
- Once your payment information has been entered and the transaction is complete, a printable receipt will automatically pop-up on the screen.
Search "baroque soprano recorder" if purchasing on a different website - we want to avoid accidentally buying one that is more of a "toy" than an instrument!
