Mrs. King loves music and loves teaching children to love music!
She is in her 12th year teaching elementary music. Mrs. King has taught in Keller ISD at Park Glen elementary since 2015. She was honored to be Park Glen's teacher of the year in the 2022-2023 school year. She previously taught in Arkansas, but is actually a Texas native (a Northwest ISD alumnus). Mrs. King earned a Bachelors in Music Education with choral emphasis from Ouachita Baptist University and a Master of Arts in Music from Texas Woman’s University.
In her free time, Mrs. King loves to drink too much iced coffee, practice yoga, and learn sign language. She loves spending her weekends with her husband, two kids, and of course, their pets!
