Mrs. Kelli King is in her 13th year of teaching elementary music and has been at Park Glen Elementary since 2015. She holds degrees from Ouachita Baptist University (BME) and Texas Woman’s University (MA in Music), and recently completed Kodály Level I training.
She directs Park Glen’s 100+ member choir (Cheetah Singers) and serves as the Elementary Music Specialist for Keller Honor Choir, one of the top-performing 5th/6th grade choirs in Texas. She has presented at TCDA and is excited to present at TMEA in 2026.
Outside of school, she enjoys yoga (currently working on her yoga teacher certification), iced coffee, and learning sign language with her family—including her Deaf and neurodivergent daughter who inspires her passion for accessible, inclusive music for all learners.
