NRH2O Music Festival – Frequently Asked Questions
Do I have to stay the entire time? No. However, choir supervision ends at 4:00 PM. After 4:00 PM, students must be picked up or have a parent purchase a ticket and remain at the park to supervise them until closing at 6:00 PM.
Can I watch the performance without buying a ticket? Yes! Parents may enter the performance area to watch for free. If you would like to enter the water park portion, you must purchase a ticket.
Is my child required to stay until 4:00 PM? No, but if leaving early, a responsible adult must check them out in person.
Are siblings allowed to attend? Yes! Siblings are welcome but must purchase a ticket to enter the water park and must be supervised by their parent/guardian at all times.
Can we bring outside food? Yes. Outside food is allowed, but it must be in unmarked containers. Branded restaurant packaging is not permitted.
What if it rains? The park remains open in the rain. If there is lightning, students will be directed to shelter until it is safe to resume activities. Refunds are not provided for weather cancellations, but vouchers are typically issued for a future visit.
Can I use my season pass? Students performing in the festival must purchase the festival ticket. Adults with season passes may enter as public guests, but students must still pay the festival participation fee.
Do chaperones need a background check? Yes. All parent chaperones must complete the Keller ISD volunteer application prior to attending.
Do chaperones need to get in the water? Yes. Active supervision is required. If your group is in the water, you should be nearby and attentive.
Can we pay in installments? Yes. If needed, families may pay in smaller amounts over time. Please notify Mrs. King so payments can be tracked.
Are scholarships available? Yes. If cost is a concern, please reach out to Mrs. King. Assistance is available so all students can participate.
